The Creator and Curator

Born in Hampshire in the early 80's I spent the first 16 years of my life living in the picturesque New Forest, and enjoyed country life while living on the outskirts of a small fishing town.  After I finished school my mother and I relocated to North Yorkshire.
My first year in the north was spent studying Countryside Management while working for Ingleborough Estate, after completing my first year I switched over to an Art course at the same college.
So followed six years in art education, that took me from studying in the market town of Skipton, to the small Cumbrian city of Carlisle and eventually the impressive city of Nottingham. during this time I learnt many different skills as well as developing more as a person.
After finishing University I moved back to Yorkshire where I have settled down
Life in Yorkshire has had its problems but now with the support of my partner I am determined to prove that the north is not a cultural wasteland and is in fact the hub of a new Renaissance in the art world, there is something new going on and I plan to be at the head of it!

Sculptures

As a Neo-Arts and Craft Sculptor I produce many different pieces of work, from Steampunk Jewellery to Victorian sideshow cabinets. Here are some samples of my work.

The Palace of Curiosities

Picture
Built as a Commission The Palace of Curiosities is based on a Victorian sideshow. It has taken part in various events across the country.  It has undertaken many different configurations and variations some of which can be seen in the gallery.
I also build Curiosities to go with the palace some of which can be seen below.
